Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license and certification for school settings
• Previous experience in school-based environments preferred
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for early elementary students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-3rd graders
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services within the school setting
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Employ engaging, age-appropriate therapy techniques to foster skill growth and confidence
