Job Description
The Concrete/Construction Worker plays a key role in the successful completion of residential and commercial building projects. Working primarily in a small team, This role involves hands-on tasks from site preparation to finishing surfaces. The position requires physical stamina and a practical familiarity with construction site operations, often with minimal formal safety protocols and occasional overtime or weekend work.
Entry pay is $20, up to $40
Responsibilities
- Pour concrete accurately and efficiently for residential and commercial projects
- Install formwork to shape and support concrete structures
- Prepare construction sites by clearing, leveling, and setting up necessary materials
- Handle and transport materials safely around the site
- Finish concrete surfaces to meet quality and design specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the job site
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in concrete construction
- Knowledge of concrete finishing and formwork construction
- Proficient use of power tools
- Good physical stamina for demanding work
- Ability to work well within small teams
- Strong time management skills
