Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to gain professional office experience in a supportive work environment.
No prior professional experience is required — we provide training for motivated candidates with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Requirements:Accurately input data into company databases and systems
Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Update records and maintain organized digital files
Perform basic reporting using spreadsheets
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM preferred)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Required):
Previous data entry or clerical experience
Familiarity with CRM or database systems
Experience working in remote environments
