Salary Range: $41,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Quality Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of products and materials to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct various tests (e.g., dimensional, functional, visual) using precision measuring equipment.
• Document inspection and test results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.
• Identify, quarantine, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection, measurement, and test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions for quality issues.
• Support the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry quality standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data collection methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience with CMM programming or advanced metrology equipment operation.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Internal auditing experience against ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards.
