Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles.
• Demonstrated ability in supplier negotiation, contract management, and relationship building.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in global sourcing and international logistics management
• Familiarity with specific Advanced Planning Systems (APS) like Kinaxis, O9, or Blue Yonder
