Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement and monitor robust quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify areas for efficiency gains.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination for optimal material flow and reduced waste.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and profitability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating production teams.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle
• PMP certification or significant experience managing capital projects
