The Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a vital role within a small team, providing dedicated support to clients across various insurance products including life, auto, homeowners, and commercial insurance. This position involves regular collaboration with underwriters and agents to ensure comprehensive service delivery. The representative primarily uses a proprietary CRM system along with email, phone, and texting to manage customer interactions and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective customer support and communication
- Engage in cross-selling insurance products to meet client needs
- Adhere strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate regularly with underwriters and insurance agents
- Manage customer data and service requests using proprietary CRM software
- Prepare quotes and assist clients in insurance selection
- Work closely within a small team to deliver consistent service quality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Holds Property & Casualty License, and Life, Accident, and Health licensure
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Accurate data entry and excellent time management
- High attention to detail and conflict resolution capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team
Preferred:
● Bilingual- Arabic/Chaldean speaking
