Landscape Irrigation Foreman
Responsibilities - Coordinate and lead irrigation and lighting installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage on-site workflow and track project expenses with precision and accountability.
- Install irrigation and lighting systems to code, ensuring all equipment and safety protocols are followed.
- Train and supervise crew members, utilizing project management software for accurate job tracking and reporting.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean job sites to uphold company standards.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and clients to ensure satisfaction and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape irrigation and lighting installation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to train and supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software.
Compensation
Base Salary: $52,000 to $68,000 based on experience and qualifications
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $6,000 annually.
