Landscape Irrigation Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Irrigation/Lighting Foreman to oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and low-voltage landscape lighting. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead irrigation and lighting installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage on-site workflow and track project expenses with precision and accountability.
• Install irrigation and lighting systems to code, ensuring all equipment and safety protocols are followed.
• Train and supervise crew members, utilizing project management software for accurate job tracking and reporting.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean job sites to uphold company standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the team and clients to ensure satisfaction and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape irrigation and lighting installation and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to train and supervise a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software.

Compensation

Base Salary: $52,000 to $68,000 based on experience and qualifications

Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $6,000 annually.
