Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the efficient repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, minimizing production downtime.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and external service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems within maintenance operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Strategically plan and execute capital projects related to facility and equipment upgrades or installations.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems common to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proven ability to implement and manage preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with CMMS software, including implementation or optimization experience.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
