Oversee the entire sales process from customer interaction to vehicle delivery. Foster a positive and customer-centric sales environment. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards. Job Requirement:Proven track record of success in automotive sales management. Deep understanding of new vehicle sales processes and inventory management. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Strong negotiation and customer service abilities. Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and CRM systems.
