## **Position Summary**
The **Remote Production Associate** will support DIVIETO Ristorante Groups operational, culinary, and supply chain processes from a remote capacity. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between departments, accurate documentation of production needs, and coordination of resources required to support our restaurant operations nationwide.
You will be working closely with operations, culinary, supply chain, and administrative teams to assist with daily production scheduling, inventory reporting, vendor communication, and digital record management.

## **Key Responsibilities**
* **Production Coordination:**
* Assist with production planning and scheduling to support menu items and new product launches.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products, ingredients, and materials.
* Maintain accurate digital records of production needs, vendor invoices, and supply orders.
* **Inventory & Supply Management:**
* Monitor remote inventory reports submitted by restaurant locations.
* Track shortages, overages, and coordinate adjustments with supply chain management.
* Support development of weekly and monthly production reports.
* **Operational Support:**
* Work with the culinary team to ensure recipe and portioning guidelines are properly documented and distributed.
* Provide administrative support for quality assurance checks, compliance documentation, and vendor certifications.
* Assist in the implementation of new digital tools or systems to improve efficiency.
* **Communication & Collaboration:**
* Act as a liaison between remote teams, restaurant locations, and corporate headquarters.
* Provide updates to management on production-related challenges and propose solutions.
* Support cross-functional projects related to new menu rollouts, promotional campaigns, and seasonal production shifts.

## **Qualifications**
* **Required:**
* U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit (must be authorized to work in the United States).
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Food Production, or related field preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn internal production software systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
* **Preferred:**
* Previous experience in production, operations, supply chain, or administrative support (hospitality or restaurant industry experience a plus).
* Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance documentation.
* Familiarity with remote project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
