HOA Property Manager - Condominium Associations
Job Summary
Metro Group Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout Oakland and Wayne Counties .
This role requires a professional who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in working directly with Boards of Directors , managing vendors, reviewing financials, and ensuring communities operate smoothly and in compliance with their governing documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned condominium and HOA communities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the association
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and community projects
- Review monthly financial statements and budgets with Boards
- Attend and facilitate evening board meetings as required
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and association policies
- Oversee work orders and follow up on vendor performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of property management or HOA management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
- Ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
- Experience reviewing financial statements and budgets
- Professional, solution-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)
