BACA Systems is a leading supplier of robotic equipment to the countertop stone fabrication industry across the U.S. and Canada, and we’re seeking a Business Development Representative to join our results-driven sales and marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting

· Make high volume outbound calls to engage decision makers in stone fabrication businesses, uncover needs, and set web demo’s and appointments for the Account Executives to fuel our sales pipeline though high-volume outbound calling.

Lead Generation

· Listen actively to identify pain points, ability to ask probing, insightful questions to tailor the messaging to align with the benefits of our capital equipment solutions

· Clearly and confidently communicate the value proposition of our equipment and services, demonstrating how they deliver measurable benefits such as material savings, precision miters and significantly reduce production time.

· Flexibility to engage internal key technical people at BACA to deepen technical conversations and advance technical discussions as needed with the potential customer.

· Overcoming objections with confidence and quick thinking, using prepared key points and value-driven response.

Management of Pipeline

· Nurture Cold & Warm Leads by multiple modes of Outreach

· Work closely with the Account Executives to convert prospects into closed deals as

the lead moves through the pipeline.

· Using Salesforce system to log calls, track leads, and manage follow-ups with precision to build a solid sales pipeline.

Organization

· Following up persistently and professionally to ensure prospects stay engaged throughout the sales journey, and schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team.

Qualifications:

· 1-year prior outbound calling or sales experience (any industry) is required with a strong understanding of business value and ROI conversations.

· Salesforce CRM experience required – must be organized and excellent with documentation.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Motivated by metrics (appointments set, leads generated, sales conversion).

· Curiosity to learn and adapt to technical and industry-specific language.

· Resilient personality – you handle rejection without missing a beat and come back stronger with a new approach, self-motivator, and coachability.

· Experience in the countertop stone fabrication industry is desired, but not mandatory.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) desired, but not mandatory.

Benefits and Rewards

$52,000 Starting Base Salary plus full benefits. This role offers a performance-based compensation structure where motivated, results driven individuals can earn over $100,000 annually. Additional earnings are tied to: Achievements of key sales process KPI’s, and contribution to generating qualified opportunities that result in closed orders by the Account Executive in their territory.
