THE OPPORTUNITY

Climb Wyoming is offering an exciting opportunity for a strong advocate and collaborator to join our Gillette team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting others and has strong administrative skills. In addition to working directly with our participants, this position will drive team systems and processes as well as manage the site’s fiscal and data reporting. You’ll be part of a positive and flexible workplace where people are valued, trusted, and supported.

ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING

Climb Wyoming’s mission is to help low-income single mothers discover self-sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families overcome poverty, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and far into the future.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience
  • Respect and compassion for vulnerable populations
  • Experience working with low-income families is helpful

MORE DETAILS

  • This position will report to the Gillette Program Director
  • This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with a salary range starting at $55,000 + benefits
