Salary Range: $110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects for process improvement, automation, and new product introduction.
• Ensure the development and implementation of robust manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, R&D) to resolve technical issues and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Manage department budget, resources, and project timelines to meet strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation for manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in relevant manufacturing engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial, process).
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing engineering teams in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving complex technical challenges in manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• PMP or other relevant project management certification
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
