Customer Growth Lead Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the Component business line growth plan.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve :
Identifying the key new customers for the targeted businesses. Own proactive opportunity identification and pipeline development in targeted component markets, including pre-RFQ engagement
Contracting with the new targeted customers
Managing day-to-day commercial matters for their assigned products and programs. This includes quotations of new business and changes to existing business, contract management, price negotiations, capacity studies and tool order tracking and invoicing. Drive value-based selling by articulating MSS component differentiation beyond price.
Contribute market intelligence and customer insights into component product and technology roadmaps.
Operate effectively in regulated environments (automotive, aerospace, (potentially defense a bonus)), including certification and export-control interfaces.
Identify and support strategic partnerships and market entry options, including inputs to M&A or collaboration cases.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
6 years’ experience minimum in sales / business development
Experience in commercial aerospace and/or defense would be a plus. Experience in the automotive industry would be an alternative.
Experience in large organization is preferred.
