Responsibilities- Connect with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
- Quote and sell home, auto, life, and business insurance products
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships through excellent service
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the team
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with phone, virtual, and in-person communication
- Must be able to obtain (or already have) a Property & Casualty license
