Attorneys in this role will handle complex transactional work involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to a U.S. state bar (Michigan bar admission preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and coordinate effectively with internal teams and outside parties.
