As a Quality Assurance Supervisor , you lead the Quality Control (QC) team, ensuring high standards in lab operations, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. You drive quality investigations, support continuous improvement, and represent the QC department in audits and ISO matters.

Applying quality management expertise to customer complaint investigations and collaborating with various departments to address production quality concerns.
Managing laboratory quality issues, preparing quality incident reports (QIRs), and conducting investigations to assign ownership and primary investigators.
Tracking report progress, supportjng root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions while developing target agreements and growth plans for the Quality Control department.
Supervising a team of QC analysts, ensuring proper training on testing techniques and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and monitoring performance.
Engaging in the development and validation of new analytical methods, creating lab capital investment plans, and maintaining documentation.
Conducting audits, compiling the Daily Quality Report, and analyzing data for cost savings and quality improvements.
Communicating analysis results effectively and serving as the Quality Control department's representative for ISO.
If you...
Possess a Bachelor’s degree
Are experienced with Lean-Sigma or hold a Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
Have 10 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
Possess HAZMAT training (preferred)
