Maintenance Technician | Jenison, MI
Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks, including replacing worn or faulty components.
- Assist with the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs performed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for industrial equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO and OSHA regulations.
Bonus Qualifications
- PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience.
- Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- HVAC certification or experience with industrial HVAC systems.
