The ideal candidate will be able to provide diagnostic resolution to service issues, communicate warranty and repair policies, and more.

Technical Support Specialist Benefits:

Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic resolution to field service issues
• Capture service call information and perform follow-up tasks
• Respond to inquiries related to service and company website
• Assist customers in locating service agents and distributors online
• Occasionally perform repairs on appliances in various settings

Technical Support Specialist Qualifications:

• To be considered for the Technical Support Specialist position, applicants should:
• Hold a degree in HVAC with an emphasis in Refrigeration (preferred)
• Have experience in field service with appliances
• Be proficient with database management systems and customer service
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
