Position Summary
Hand Assembly will be responsible for assembling parts and components to produce finished products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to specific instructions
- Ensure that all parts and components are assembled correctly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the Team/Line Lead
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Conform to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Capable to safely lift items up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Position Details
Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm M-F
Overtime: May be required
Hourly Rate: $16/hour
After 90 Days: 2 weeks PTO, Paid Holidays (Up to 10 per year), Retirement Planning
