Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and optimize storage space utilization.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain and manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and scheduling maintenance.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory, managing orders, and generating reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• - Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation or optimization
• - Forklift operator certification or proficiency
• - Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
• - Experience managing a multi-site warehouse operation
