Manager or Shift Leader

Jet’s Pizza is West Bloomfield is now hiring a Assistant Manager or Shift Leader with immediate start date. If you are a strong leader and enjoy leading a crew to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced restaurant environment we want you to help lead our restaurant team!

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees.

The owner is looking for the right person to empower to make sound decisions and run all aspects of the business. Compensation will be based on experience and the store operating efficiently .

Responsibilities:

* Help develop a strong Jet’s team.

* Excellent leader with exceptional people skills.

* Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

* People Oriented - enjoys working with our customers and team members, using great communication skills. Lead by example type mentality.

* Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and team members and strives to share their skills with others.

* Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, customer service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.

* Learning and implementing Jet’s Pizza system operations and objectives.

* Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year+ of retail food experience.

* Any food experience, doesn't have to be Jet's Pizza. Pizza experience is a plus.

* Knowledge of restaurant business process and functions

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong customer service skills required

* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required

* Basic computers skills required

* Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

* Problem-solving aptitude

* Full-time availability (days, nights and weekends) 40-50/per week

* Self-motivated and energetic

Job Benefits include:
