Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite contract position during the next school year. The role involves providing speech and language services primarily to elementary students within the school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- Participate in meetings related to student needs and program planning
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with K-12 students, specifically at the elementary level
- Ability to work onsite 35 hours per week during the school year contract
