The Opportunity

As part of the Software Engineering team you work effectively as a hands-on developer on a remote agile development team. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage agile development teams in a remote setting

- Oversee client accounts with a focus on strategic planning

- Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and performance

- Achieve successful project delivery and maintain quality standards

- Implement innovative solutions in end-to-end development

- Utilize DevOps practices to streamline development processes

- Integrate security and encryption measures into applications

- Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Experience as a versatile developer

- Proficiency in Angular, .NET/C#, SQL Server

- Exhibiting strength in communication skills for remote team management

- Experience with micro services and micro front end development

- Demonstrating proficiency in AI prompting for code assistance

- Possessing experience with REST APIs and dependency injection

- Knowledge of Azure technologies and cloud solutions

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
