Team Lead (Production Assembly)

Job Title: Production Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production assembly team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure proper assembly of automotive components using mechanical aptitude and supervision skills.
• Maintain safety protocols and standards within the production area.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for the assembly process.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in supervision or team leadership roles, preferably with 2+ years.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly processes.
• Experience within the automotive industry and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other necessary equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45344.00 - $45344.00/yr.

2 Weeks Vacation (non-negotiable)
32 hours PTO = 16 in January, 16 in July
$1,000 Signing Bonus within first 90 days (paid out at 30 day, 60 day, 90 day)
Tools provided, 15 sets of uniforms, boot allowance, 401k match, life insurance
