Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure high performance and safety.
• Ensure maximum operational efficiency, reliability, and uptime of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, external service contracts, and capital expenditure requests.
• Oversee compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies within the maintenance department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to support manufacturing goals and new equipment installations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CMMS and advanced maintenance strategies (e.g., TPM, RCM, PdM).
• Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment, automation, and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a team of maintenance professionals.
• Proven track record in budget management, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement training.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated experience managing capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency with CMMS administration, configuration, or implementation.
• Experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
