Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets, resources (personnel, equipment, materials), and timelines effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production, supply chain, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to manufacturing standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or a recognized equivalent project management credential.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for project tracking and resource management.
• Experience managing projects involving automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP) relevant to the manufacturing sector.
