Caregiver – Rochester Hills, MI | Opportunity

CareOne Senior Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for a consistent full-time position in the Rochester Hills area. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, dependability, and one-on-one client care.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Consistent scheduling is available for dependable caregivers.

Position Overview

The caregiver will support a client who prefers a calm, structured environment and routine-based care. The client is relatively independent but requires assistance with daily tasks and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Prepare meals as needed

• Provide medication reminders

• Transport client using the client’s vehicle

• Assist with errands and appointments

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license required (must be comfortable driving client’s vehicle)

• Clean driving record preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active during shifts

• Must pass background screening

• TB test required (can be completed after hire)

• Reliable phone for communication and scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

• $14–$17/hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases)

• Next-day pay option available

• $150 referral bonus (no limit)
