Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our growing team of online educators supporting K12 students across Michigan. This independent contractor position offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to make a real difference in students livesall from a fully remote environment.

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with IEPs in a virtual learning environment

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with school teams and families

• Adapt and modify lessons to meet diverse learning needs

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and progress discussions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Michigan and district standards

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to promote student success

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (Masters preferred)

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Special Education Endorsement (required)

• Minimum 2 years of special education teaching experience preferred

• Familiarity with virtual instruction platforms and digital learning tools

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, independent role

• 100% remote work from anywhere within Michigan
