Description

Day to Day: The Help Desk Representative consists of taking roughly 15-30 calls inbound calls a day regarding a number of technical related issues.

This representative will remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems including proprietary software, as well as hardware and peripheral equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
