We are a locally owned Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center built on honest service, strong customer relationships, and a team-first culture. Our Service Advisors play a key role in creating trust with customers while helping the shop operate efficiently and profitably.

- Greet customers and build lasting relationships
- Listen to customer concerns and translate them into repair needs
- Present inspections and service recommendations clearly and honestly
- Prepare estimates and communicate timelines
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
- Deliver completed invoices and explain services performed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, professional front counter
- Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Valid drivers license
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- Shop hours: MondayFriday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm
- Employees receive one rotating weekday off plus Sunday
- Typical schedule averages 4045 hours per week
- Closed every Sunday for work-life balance
