About the Role
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who’s detail-driven, warm-hearted, and confident in their clinical skills. You'll work closely with patients and our providers to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care—reviewing labs, administering treatments, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is an ideal role for a nurse who enjoys one-on-one patient interaction and thrives in an environment where systems and details matter.

What You’ll Do

• Review and interpret lab results in coordination with the provider
• Communicate lab findings and treatment updates to patients
• Administer injections, including controlled substances (e.g., testosterone, B12, peptides)
• Monitor patient medication levels and treatment responses
• Assist with medication reordering and inventory management
• Help maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a patient experience that is organized, informative, and friendly
• Help manage leads and member communications, including phone calls, text, email

What You’ll Bring

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience with hormone therapy, men’s health, or wellness clinics is a plus (but not required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Organized, proactive, and dependable—you see what needs to be done and do it
• Friendly, approachable bedside manner—someone patients feel comfortable talking to
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMRs, texting platforms, and other digital tools
• A passion for helping others and being part of a team that makes a real difference

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36-40 per week; Mon-Thurs (8-5)
