Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and system malfunctions.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems in production machinery.
• Install, test, and commission new manufacturing equipment and upgrades.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and equipment status.
• Conduct adjustments and calibrations to optimize machine performance and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission).
• Demonstrated experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Experience with common machine shop tools and basic fabrication techniques (welding, cutting).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Proficiency in welding and basic fabrication.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience maintaining robotic systems or automated production lines.
