This is primarily an onsite role with some flexibility for remote work. You’ll oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, hiring support, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while working closely with leadership to shape employee experience.

This role offers a salary starting at $62,000/year , along with benefits including:

- Manage HR Administration including processing payroll accurately and benefits-related administration
- Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, increase employee satisfaction, and retention
- Maintain compliance with HR laws, policies, and confidentiality standards
- Partner with leadership to support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
- Help improve and maintain HR processes that support an organized, employee-focused workplace
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
- Coordinate hiring activities including screenings, interview scheduling, background checks, and hiring logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 2+ years HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with payroll systems, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, employee-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to commute between locations as needed
