Infant Mental Health Therapist - Remote
Detailed Reporting: Prepare reports as needed, documenting your findings and recommendations.
Collaborative Recommendations: Work with other agencies to ensure infants and families receive the support they need, collaborating closely with case managers.
Meticulous Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation in accordance with all guidelines.
Service Reporting: Prepare weekly statistical reports to track services provided and assist with monitoring and billing.
Team Collaboration: Communicate and interact regularly with other mental health professionals to share feedback on client progress and attendance.
Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Supervision and Growth: Actively participate in weekly supervision sessions to enhance your skills and professional development.
Flexible Service Delivery: Provide services primarily in the home, or through telehealth when appropriate, engaging youth and families in a way that works best for them.
What You'll Need: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Licensure in your respective field (LMSW, MSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, LP).
Experience providing individual, family, and/or group therapy to diverse populations.
Three (3) years of clinical experience working with infants and toddlers.
Reliable transportation for home visits, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
