Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ care needs, develop a plan of care with an interdisciplinary team, and continually reassess the plan.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide and coordinate nursing care for individuals and groups.
- Educate patients and families, manage milieu, and support discharge/after-care planning.
- Document, report, and verify information per established policies and procedures.
- Monitor for safety risks and communicate with physicians to prevent adverse outcomes.
- Serve as a clinical leader by delegating/coordinating staff assignments, promoting staff development, and upholding standards of care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan (State Licenses: Michigan)
- BLS certification
- 2 years behavioral health experience (required)
- Pediatric experience (required)
- Ability to work in community-based behavioral health settings
