- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Insured reliable truck.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Proficient in home repairs.
- HVAC knowledge a plus.
- Flooring, painting, general repairs, building porches, plumbing, basic electrical knowledge.
- Emergency weekend call outs.
- Guaranteed employment, no layoffs.
