Manufacturing Business Process Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team in Fraser, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring that our operations align with industry best practices. Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective process enhancements.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in manufacturing.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Assist in project management activities to ensure timely completion of process improvement initiatives.
- Update outdated software and opitmize woflow and databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience in PLC's, Workflow, STreamlinging processes, and updated software
