Accounting Specialist
Kforce's client, a growing organization, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in Grand Rapids, MI. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced, expanding business environment with opportunities to develop your accounting skills and contribute to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions within the accounting system
- Reconcile bank accounts and company credit card activity
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with expense reporting and reimbursement tracking
- Compile documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Partner with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Growing organization with significant expansion plans
- Collaborative and supportive accounting team

- 1+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
