We are hiring a Digital Experiences Intern to join our dynamic Digital Experiences team. This is more than just an internship – it’s your gateway to a thriving career in the ever-evolving world of Digital. Whether you want to build a career in social media management, marketing analytics, paid media, or digital marketing strategy, this internship will provide you with the knowledge, experience, and network to thrive.

What You Will Be Doing:  

• You’ll complete 2-3 rotations through varying segments of our team to become well-versed in multiple areas of digital marketing. Each rotation will provide an educational component and a mini-project.
  • Focus areas could include Social Media Management, Paid Media, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Campaign Strategy + Design, and Marketing Technology (HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe), UX Research, or Digital Product Development.
  • By the end of the internship, you’ll have a deep understanding of leveraging different digital tactics to drive business growth.
    
    

Your Future Team: 

The Digital Experiences team builds global go-to-market tools and messaging that connect to our sales and marketing and drive demand through stronger digital experiences.

Our broader Digital Experiences organization includes a Digital Marketing Team, a Design + Research (UI/UX) Team and a Digital Experience + Innovation Team. You’ll work with several mentors across functions to guide you through various digital domains and skill sets.

Required Skills And Competencies

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a nationally accredited program.
• Actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship position.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The company will not offer sponsorships or work visas now or in the future for this role.   
  
  

Preferred Skills And Competencies 

• Preferred majors for this position: Marketing, Economics, Business, Product Development, or Entrepreneurship
• Preferred academic standing for this position: Rising Junior - May 2027 Graduate
• Proficiency with Computers, including Microsoft Office + Teams
• Knowledge of Project Management Software – (e.g., Smartsheet, Adobe Workfront)
• Understanding of product management and digital channels (web, social, paid media)
• Experience on varying social media platforms – (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, X)
• Experience working in a team-based environment 
• Strong technical documentation and organizational skills 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Leadership experience inside or outside the classroom
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate clearly
• Access to reliable transportation. Many of our sites do not have public transportation available.
