Chiropractic Therapy Assistant

The Opportunity
You will support our chiropractic and therapy team by assisting with patient care, intake procedures, and daily clinical operations. No prior certification is required —we provide hands-on training in-office and pay for required certifications related to therapies and modalities.
This position offers clear opportunity for growth , increased responsibility, and a leadership track for individuals who show initiative, focus, and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and guide them through the intake process
- Collect medical histories and assist with updating patient records
- Perform basic patient assessments under chiropractor supervision
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for treatments
- Support chiropractic and therapy procedures as needed
- Take patient vitals, including blood pressure (training provided if needed)
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and general procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality
- Use clinic software and basic tools ( Microsoft Word, Google Docs )
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Participate in community and marketing events ( bonus opportunities available )

- Has sales or customer service experience (a plus, not required)
- Has interest or foundational knowledge in anatomy or physiology (helpful, not required—we train)
