Job Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluatingmanufacturing processes andidentifyingareas for improvement;determiningresolutions and implementing improvements.

• Innovating,researchinganddeveloping new processes, equipmentuse, and products.

• Creating test protocols, parts, and fixtures;establishingtesting procedures and requirements for optical characterizations; specifying and qualifying optical components.

• Supporting analysis of collected data; collecting, processing, and analyzing camera images and 3D depth data; preparing detailed reports.

• Writing procedures foroperations and equipment use.

• Developing and benchmarking system performance models.

• Following detailed instructions and procedures; prioritizing assignments; working independently and completing assignments on time; staying organized and making decisions within assigned responsibilities; working as a team member.

• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Performing other duties at the Departmental Manager's discretion.

SAFETY:

• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according toMicro-LAMCompany Policies.

• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, etc.:

• Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to management and/or safety Committee Membersimmediately.

• Special Safety Instructions - WhenoperatingtheMachine,the Operator MUST wear safety Glasses.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Moderate walking, standing, heavy lifting (50lbs), carrying, stooping, bending,kneelingand reachingrequiredfor this job description.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Manufacturing, Test Equipment &QualitySystems.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High levelof technicalexpertise.

• Collaboratewellwith others.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in engineeringand/or equivalent work experience.

• Manufacturing experience and/or training desired.
