Psychiatrist (Detroit)
Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine.
At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling more time for patient care. We also offer flexibility in where and when you practice, with control over your hours and schedule.
We provide in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Note that Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. Our goal is to improve mental health care accessibility by supporting our doctors with modern tools and infrastructure, addressing challenges like administrative burdens and overwork often faced in other settings.
Using proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists, we empower you to treat the populations and conditions you prefer, building a satisfying and intellectually stimulating practice.
Talkiatry believes psychiatric care should be affordable and accepts all major insurance. Our in-house billing and care coordination teams handle administrative issues, ensuring smooth operations.
