About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager , you’ll play a critical role in growing our customer base and expanding our footprint in key markets. You’ll drive business development through relationship-building, strategic outreach, and thoughtful engagement. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue by promoting Golden Limousine’s services through a combination of prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Manage a territory and meet regularly with both existing clients and new prospects to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Present customized pricing and proposals that align with client needs and company goals
- Own the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system for all leads, contacts, and communications
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments (reservations, dispatch, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and refine messaging
- Partner with marketing and sales team members to reinforce brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and territory insights for management
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (transportation, hospitality, events, or luxury services a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and attend events, client meetings, and trade shows as needed
- A passion for premium service and a deep understanding of client-centric sales
