Bookkeeper / Office Manager | Charlotte, MI

Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain precise general ledger entries.
• Process payroll, including tax filings and employee expense reimbursements.
• Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and vendor relations.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and manufacturing operations.
• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding and employee record maintenance.
• Generate routine financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in bookkeeping and office management.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles or inventory valuation methods
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
