Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individual to fill a Full Time ShopGoodwill Supervisor position at our Averill Warehouse location in Flint.

$18 an hour

_________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervises ShopGoodwill employees by providing coaching, training, scheduling support, and performance feedback to meet productivity, sales, and operational goals.
• Identifies and evaluates appropriate merchandise for online auctions.
• Ensures employees are posting auctions with high-quality pictures and detailed descriptions to maximize value.
• Reviews operational and sales data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follows and enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Supervises employees and resources to achieve annual sales budget and expense goals.
• Supervises inventory and order fulfillment for ShopGoodwill.

Think you've got what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience, preferably in E-commerce.
• Strong computer skills, including rapid and accurate keyboarding and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to reach and bend.
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively use new technologies, platforms, and systems as business needs evolve.
• Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse and office environment with moderate noise levels and some dust.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
