Op-Ex Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DFFS Master Black Belt to join our team. In addition, the ideal candidate will enhance our teams advanced analytics and instructional capabilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow as a problem solver and leader by working on high impact enterprise projects.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Lead and manage critical DFFS projects and initiatives
Track and monitor projects to ensure on-time completion
Utilize DFFS methodologies to drive process improvements.
Mentor and train team members in continuous improvement methods
Facilitate and support project teams by leading them through the Op-Ex process, gathering required data, executing analyses, identifying issues, and recommending solutions
Review work with the project champion and senior leadership as the project progresses
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
DFSS Master Black Belt certification required.
Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution.
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Quality
Strong focus on execution.
Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to coach & influence others with the adoption of the OpEx mindset and advocacy.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of orthogonal arrays and other process optimization techniques
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience using statistical software tools such as Tableau, Minitab, or Jmp
Up to date process improvement project portfolio
Ability to write SQL scripts to pull and summarize data from database schemas
Working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques like Large Language Models and Machine Learning
Working knowledge of Python libraries and pandas
