Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Utilize statistical methods (e.g., SPC, MSA) for process monitoring and improvement.
• Manage supplier quality by evaluating performance and addressing non-conforming materials.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Perform internal and external quality system audits to ensure compliance.
• Ensure product compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP).
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 or relevant industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and data-driven problem solving.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSGB, CSSBB).
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) or Reliability Engineering.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.
